• Password or booking in any case, it is refundable, reusable, and non-transferable.
• Si por cualquier otra razón cancelas tu viaje entre noventa (90) días o más, antes del comienzo del mismo, no se devuelve la seña o reserva. Se te devuelve la totalidad del resto del dinero que hayas abonado.
• Si por cualquier otra razón cancelas tu viaje entre ochenta y nueve (89) y sesenta (60) días antes del comienzo del mismo, no se devuelve la seña o reserva. Se te devuelve el 50% del resto del dinero que hayas abonado.
• Si por cualquier otra razón cancelas tu viaje menos  cincuenta y nueve (59) días o menos del comienzo del mismo, no se devuelve la seña o reserva. No hay reprogramciones ni devoluciones del resto del dinero que hayas abonado.
• In case you have requested a refund according to the terms above, the same shall be made between thirty (30) and forty five (45) days and in the same currency payment, then request it via e-mail.
• The path, the times, the accommodation, the activities, amenities and mode of transport may be changed without prior notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the scope of Voltage.
