• La seña o reserva en ningún caso es reembolsable, reutilizable, ni transferible.
• If for opinion of the authorities of the country of destination, your trip is directly affected by the COVID-19, you'll be able to reschedule to a new date without penalty.
• Si por cualquier otra razón cancelas tu viaje entre sesenta (60) días o más, antes del comienzo del mismo, no se devuelve la seña o reserva. Se te devuelve la totalidad del resto del dinero que hayas abonado.
• Si por cualquier otra razón cancelas tu viaje entre cincuenta y nueve (59) y cuarenta y cinco (45) días antes del comienzo del mismo, no se devuelve la seña o reserva. Se te devuelve el 50% del resto del dinero que hayas abonado.
• Si por cualquier otra razón cancelas tu viaje entre cuarenta y cuatro (44) días o menos del comienzo del mismo, no se devuelve la seña o reserva. No hay reprogramciones ni devoluciones del resto del dinero que hayas abonado.
• In case you have requested a refund according to the terms above, the same shall be made between thirty (30) and forty five (45) days and in the same currency payment, then request it via e-mail.
• The path, the times, the accommodation, the activities, amenities and mode of transport may be changed without prior notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the scope of Voltage. • If for any reason you cancel your trip between thirty (30) and eleven (11) days prior to the commencement of the same, no returns or password booking. It gives you back 50% of the rest of the money you've paid.
• If for any reason you cancel your trip within ten (10) days or less from the beginning of the same, no returns or password booking. There is reprogramciones or returns from the rest of the money you've paid.
• En caso que hayas solicitado una devolución según los términos anteriores, la misma se realizará entre veinte (20) y veinticinco (25) días luego y en la misma moneda de pago, de solicitarla vía e-mail.
• In case you've bought some experience in promotion or discount, and you can't attend for any reason, no money will be refunded to you, not transferable, nor can it be used as a credit balance.
• In the event of cancellation by the company, due to strong temporal or any other reason beyond our control, you'll be able to reschedule your adventure to another date and/or destination, without any penalty and paying the difference accordingly.
